Welcome foodies!

It's all about cooking with wholesome, delicious foods! 

This blog is dedicated to not just "delicious and healthy simple meal" prep (such a generic term used all the time, I know!), but my take on how we should be cooking -- less butters, oils, salts and more on a WIDE variety of vegetables, herbs and spices in order to make something so simple and plain absolutely delicious!  

I will show you how to make these simple changes and I promise that you will not miss anything deep fried, overly battered, super buttery and salty.  It's time for a lifestyle change that will be better on your wallet, health, mind and taste buds.
